The company’s agreement with its card issuer was approaching its termination date
In preparation for this event, the client was seeking to have an independent assessment of its card program and card alliance agreement conducted by a card industry expert

Benchmark program performance and agreement terms to market
Identify areas of opportunity and concern
Develop recommendations to strengthen the existing card program and address a myriad of non-standard contract elements
Develop a negotiating strategy with the card issuer and payment network
